On Level 3, Departure/Transit Lounge North, Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 (AIRSIDE) is where you’ll find the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Singapore. Next to the movie theater (near Transfer B) on the airside is where you’ll find the lounge.At Singapore Changi Airport, you can be certain that your travel experience will be pleasant and trouble-free thanks to the friendly staff, soothing services, and excellent business amenities. While waiting for your next aircraft, guests may relax in the Ambassador Transit Lounge’s roomy but inviting atmosphere.Please be informed that due to the property’s airside location in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers are not required to pass immigration or customs. This implies that those traveling to another country via Singapore do not need to clear arrival immigration. Even once you’ve cleared customs and immigration, you won’t be able to return to the transit area until your airline counter opens, which is well before your flight leaves. The Ambassador Transit Lounge—Terminal 3 is not available to arriving travelers who want to remain in the city.Passengers leaving the city should be aware that the majority of airline counters open three hours before to departure. So, unless your airline offers early check-in, you will not be able to enter the Transit area sooner.Please consult our 24-hour front desk for instructions on how to retrieve your bags, get your onward boarding ticket, or re-enter the transit area if you have any questions upon arriving.
