This implies that those traveling to another country via Singapore do not need to clear arrival immigration. Even once you’ve cleared customs and immigration, you won’t be able to return to the transit area until your airline counter opens, which is well before your flight leaves. The Ambassador Transit Lounge\u2014Terminal 3 is not available to arriving travelers who want to remain in the city.Passengers leaving the city should be aware that the majority of airline counters open three hours before to departure.
