The Hansen Leadership Institute 2023-2024 Hansen Leadership Institute 2023 in the USA was previously called The Hansen Summer Institute for Leadership and International Cooperation -It is an amazing global leadership program\u00a0that is funded through a generous grant from the Fred J. Hansen Foundation.<\/span>\u00a0Hansen Summer Institute (HSI) is ranked among the most prestigious summer fellowships in the world.<\/span>\u00a0The fully funded program for summer exchange program in the US will start in the month of July 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hansen Leadership Institute training aims to equip students with an \u201cleadership toolbox\u201d for resolving conflicts and establishing a more positive future for their own countries as well as across the world.<\/span>\u00a0Each July, for three weeks young men and women from conflict zones and in the United States come together on the campus of the University of San Diego for the life-changing program.<\/span>\u00a0They are part of a community consisting of Hansen Alumni who continues to keep in touch via numerous media channels and social networks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main objective that is the primary goal of Hansen Leadership Institute is to Hansen Leadership Institute is to build an international community of scholars who can use their summer experiences as a basis for forming lasting bonds and learning practical skills and education to build peace in the future. The HLI 2023 program includes classes and hands-on training outside of the classroom on the latest techniques for mediation, conflict resolution, and intercultural dialog and management.<\/span>\u00a0Training in the classroom is combined with excursion that take you to San Diego historical attractions and cultural events. These include but are not only Balboa Park, Sea World as well as the 4th of July parade and a harbor cruise and a trip to the border between Mexico and the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

To take part at Hansen Summer Institute, participants must meet the following requirements: Hansen Summer Institute, candidates must be able to meet the following criteria for eligibility:<\/span><\/p>\n

Non \u2013 U.S. STUDENTS:<\/strong>(from zones of conflict or social conflict)<\/span><\/p>\n

Upper division undergraduates with two years of college or university or graduate student who has a professional interested in diplomatic relations, international relations and international economic development or similar areas.<\/span>
\nParticipants must be age of 20-25 at the time of beginning the program.<\/span>
\nYou must have demonstrated leadership capabilities outside of the classroom the nation, community or even the regional.<\/span>
\nAn academic advisor should confirm in writing that the applicant\u2019s English ability<\/span>
\nYou must have a valid passport with an U.S. visa if necessary prior to the time the program commences.<\/span>
\nPriority may be granted to individuals who have not been to the United States<\/span><\/p>\n
