\nTo qualify for her first scholarship, candidates must complete one academic semester left of her program, enroll in school as an in-district resident student, and remain at that address throughout her study time at school.
\nDoctoral students who have already completed courses and are only working on dissertations do not qualify as first-time applicants, though international students attending Cottey College are eligible for grants to cover living costs.
\nStudents who are permanent citizens or residents of either Canada or the US are not ineligible. Note: Only students fulfilling tax residency requirements will be accepted as eligible candidates.
