The CEC draws are continuing to drop with the latest CRS score of 447 being the lowest since January 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s draw brings the total number of ITAs issued in 2020 to 38,200. This signifies that despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of Canada is committed to reaching its immigration targets for 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IRCC applied its tie-breaking rule with the timestamp of December 23, 2019, at 10:01:06 UTC.
