Today\u2019s draw (164)\u00a0was held\u00a0at12:37:25 UTC. 4,200 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 471\u00a0received an invitation to apply (ITA), a decrease of 1 point\u00a0compared to the previous all-inclusive draw held on September 16th, 2020.
Today\u2019s large draw brings the total number of ITAs issued in 2020 to 78,350.\u00a0This signifies that despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of Canada is committing to immigration by continuing to select skilled workers for permanent residence.\u00a0
IRCC applied its tie-breaking rule with the timestamp of March 2, 2020 (at 12:47:08 UTC). This means that if more than one eligible candidate had the minimum CRS score, only those who submitted their Express Entry profiles before this date and time received invitations.
