Cancellation and/or modification of airline tickets are always subject to fees/ charges/ levies/ payments to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with the cancellation/refund policy of the relevant airline/carrier. Before booking a ticket, you must familiarise yourself with the relevant airline/carrier’s cancellation/refund policy for the ticket in question. Any cancellation or amendment fees, charges, levies, or payments imposed by or payable to the relevant airline are your responsibility. The consumer must read the specific terms and conditions of each airline in order to determine if the proposed ticket is subject to any additional cancellation fees or charges. We disclaim all liability in this regard. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, it is mandatory to contact us for refunds, as the airline will not refund website-purchased tickets directly. If you cancel your booking, deposit, or instalments for any reason, AMI Travel and Tours will deduct a 25% administrative fee from the total amount already paid, excluding any applicable Tax, if your e-ticket and/or hotel confirmation has not been completed/issued. Should you choose to cancel your travel after your e-ticket and hotel confirmation have been issued, the airline (if applicable) and hotel (if applicable) will deduct applicable cancellation fees, and AMI Travel and Tours will deduct a 15% administrative fee. For online payments made with Visa Card, Master Card, or American Express, it may take up to 25 business days from the date of your refund approval for the amount to be refunded to your card. The amount of your authorised refund will be refunded to your account via SWIFT within 30 business days of the approval date. Payments will always be reversed in the same manner, way, or method that the initial payment was made.
