Customer Complaints

Customers are assets to be cared for and nurtured.

When people don’t understand each other, it can cause problems. These problems can often be fixed without having to get formal help. To get help, call our main phone number and ask to speak with either our Service Improvement Manager or the person who helped you before. They might be able to fix the problem so you’re happy.

If you are unhappy with our service and we haven’t fixed the problem, you can complain by emailing feedback@amigroups.com. Please write “Customer Complaint” in the subject and give your full name and order number.

We will let you know we got your complaint in 7 days. We will look into the problems and respond in 14 working days. If the problem is very hard, it might take more time to give a complete answer. If we think it might happen, we’ll tell you what we’re doing and let you know when we’ll respond completely.
